POPS

POPS are Parents on Patrol.  Parents are asked to volunteer on seven days out of the school year to help out wherever needed during the school day.  Their time is spent in helping out at drop-off and dismissal, monitoring the lunch period, filing and copying, grading homework papers, taking young ones on bathroom breaks, and generally filling in wherever needed.  It’s a fun job and parents get to see their kids during the Academy day!
