Student Behavior Agreement

I, _________________________, promise to do my best to show respect to Our Heavenly Father and to others by following the codes of behavior listed below: 

• My appearance will be neat and modest and I will obey the dress code.

• I will be cheerfully obedient to my tutors and be a good example to my friends.

• I will encourage, support and show love to my friends, and will maintain my integrity and respect the integrity of others by being honest and forthright.

• I will use good manners and address grown-ups by last name, or by “Ma’am” and “Sir”.

• I will be gentle, caring and honorable in my actions toward others.  If a problem arises which can’t be settled peacefully, I will calmly seek the help of a tutor.  I will ask for forgiveness when I am wrong, and I will offer forgiveness to others.

• I will be prepared for my classes.  I will complete my assignments on time, and come to class prepared with my school supplies each day.  If I am in the 4^th grade or above, I promise to bring my Homework Assignment Sheets to my parents for their initials.

• I will be respectful of the church building and grounds, and the people who are at work.
